It's important to note that if a client has already visited a community and was previously registered by a Biscayne sales representative without a realtor associated with them, it will void the possibility of the real estate agent earning a commission on a sale.

Rest assured, commissions are paid strictly on the base purchase price and lot premium of the home, ensuring transparency and fairness for all parties involved.
